On the product page select a 4, 7 or 10 day rental period for each of your pieces. The price will automatically adjust based on your selection of the rental duration.

Where can I pickup my order?
If you opted for FREE in-store pickup, you can pickup your order at our designated pickup location - 1110 Morningside Dr. Charlotte, NC Ste. E 28211. You will receive an email reminder to pickup and drop of your rental. Pickups are between 12PM - 7PM at Thrift Pony. On your rental end date, return your garment bag containing your dresses to the drop off bin at the same location!

Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
At checkout, choose from local delivery or pickup! We offer delivery within the I-485 Loop (about a 10 mile radius around Uptown). The cost for delivery and pickup of your rental items is $5.99. We will delivery the garment bag containing your dresses on the rental start date between 8AM-12PM. On the rental end date, you will receive an email reminder to place your garment bag containing your dresses outside your location for pickup!

Yes, we do offer shipping nationally for rentals and purchases totally $20+
For rentals, you can still choose your exact start-date and we will ship it out in advance. We will provide a mailer for you to send it back by the end of your rental duration.

No, we will take care of all of the cleaning! Cloud Closet partners with 2Ulaudry to clean all of our clothes!
DAMAGE
What happens if I damage my rental dress?
What happens if I damage my rental dress?
All of the clothing items are inspected at check-in but we do ask that if there is any major damage, you send an email to hello@rentcloudcloset.com. Any items considered damaged beyond repair will be charged to the card(s) on file for 50% of the retail price of the item. If there is minor damage or regular wear-and-tear, we will take care of that!
